Jon Boschetto is an NYC-based psychotherapist, Akashic records reader, and energy healer.

Jon has a deep respect for individuals engaged in inner work and aims to support those looking for relief from suffering and seeking greater ease and freedom in their lives.

In his energy work practice, Jon uses gentle touch as a way to bolster our body’s own innate healing abilities. His work draws from Reiki, Craniosacral Therapy, and Chi Nei Tsang – a centuries-old Taoist technique used to address energetic imbalances in the organs. These techniques amplify the conditions for good health and help facilitate the release of physical, psychological, emotional, and energetic blockages – often going to levels difficult to access through traditional bodywork and psychotherapeutic approaches.

Jon’s healing work can bring significant relief from a variety of symptoms, helping to address underlying issues that result in chronic health conditions. He has worked with folks experiencing the effects of physical and emotional trauma, as well as chronic health conditions, from anxiety and depression to IBS/IBD, asthma to kidney disease, back pain to surgery recovery, and cancer, from treatment support to remission, to palliative work. 

He received Reiki master training from Libby Barnett, studied craniosacral therapy with Jon Brussolo, and learned Chi Nei Tsang/TaoTouch from Gilles Marin.

Jon completed his social work training at NYU and received clinical training in palliative care at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center. He holds degrees from Yale and Princeton. Before entering clinical practice, he sang opera, studied and taught musicology, worked in the fashion and design industries, and owned a small business. His work is informed by ongoing spiritual and embodiment practices, including Buddhist insight meditation, qigong, yoga, and strength training. He is currently an Advanced Certificate student at Union Theological Seminary.

He is a founding member of Fort Greene Healing Arts.
